MEBA uses the latest technologies available which evolve as quickly as market requests and allow us to create the most innovative products.
MEBA was born in 1974 as an electro–mechanical company and introduced electronic production in 1991, offering a finished product and a complete service.
In 2009 MEBA moves to a new 3500 square meters plant in Gavirate where production, offices, warehouse and logistics are located with more than fifty employees.
During 2014 MEBA relocates part of the manifacturing in Romania in accordance with customer needs and strategies.

Our departments are based on three parallel production lines with a robotic warehouse, a certified rework station and all the testing technologies necessary to guarantee the quality of our work.

The company holds the following certifications:
IMQ ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, IQNET and IPC-A-610 and IPC-771/7721.

The processes are configured following the Lean Manufacturing method, in order to contain costs and reduce low added value activities and waste, optimizing flows to guarantee accurate and punctual deliveries.
Production includes, within an EPA controlled access area, SMT and PTH automated assembly lines, ICT and FCT testing and conformal coating.
There are highly automated robotic areas dedicated to the assembly and testing of electro–mechanical devices, a department for the production of magneto-thermic groups and stations for laser marking and pad printing.The computerization of process flows ensures full control of any productive cycle and complete traceability of what happens in the factory.
